Privacy notice

What is collected

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your company (optional), your email address, and your message. Nothing else is asked for, and there is no account to create.

Why

To read your enquiry and reply to it. That is the only purpose. Your details are not sold, rented, or shared for marketing, and you will not be added to a mailing list.

Where it goes

Submitting the form sends its contents to Zhuo Yue Creatives as an email. Three services are involved in that:

• Vercel hosts this site and records standard server logs, including IP addresses, as any web host does.
• Resend delivers the email. Your submission passes through their systems in transit.
• Zoho hosts the mailbox the enquiry lands in.

Each operates under its own privacy terms. No other third party receives your details.

Cookies and embedded video

This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising or analytics trackers.

The videos on the home page are deliberately not loaded until you press play — until then you are only seeing a thumbnail, and YouTube is not contacted. Once you press play, the player loads from youtube-nocookie.com, which limits but does not entirely eliminate the data YouTube receives. If you never press play, YouTube receives nothing from your visit beyond the thumbnail request.

How long it is kept

Enquiry emails are kept while there is a live conversation or an ongoing working relationship, and deleted once there is neither and no legal or tax reason to retain them. You can ask for yours to be deleted sooner.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you may ask to:

• see what personal data is held about you, and how it has been used;
• have anything inaccurate corrected;
• withdraw your consent, after which your data is deleted.

Email edward@zycreatives.online and you will get a reply within 30 days, which is the PDPA’s limit.
